6.           Is it possible for an individual member or affiliate member who did not pay their membership fees to attend and vote during the Annual General Meeting?

Absolutely not. Normally, there are provisions in the sports body’s constitution which are clearly stated that only members who settled their fees have the right to vote and qualified to be voted in.
